I had a great time during my stay! The King Studio Suite was super spacious, really comfy, and I loved the fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast had delicious options and the pool area was nice for relaxing. Plus, plenty of parking available was a huge bonus! 🌟

The staff were exceptionally friendly, ensuring any request I had was handled promptly and with a smile.

However, housekeeping could improve communication, as they entered my room unannounced on a couple of occasions.

Requested a room near the elevator but got one far away!!! Pool lacked umbrellas on hot days, making it less enjoyable!!! Housekeeping barged in unannounced multiple times, disregarding my requests for privacy!!!

The staff attitude was appalling , especially from the front desk. I was treated terribly through the entire stay, with no help when I asked for specific requests, like quiet hours due to my work schedule.

It wasn’t cheap , but considering the service , I expected more.

Despite my reservation, I faced delays at check-in when my room wasn't ready, which was extremely disappointing. To make matters worse, I wasn't assigned the room type I booked, which added unnecessary stress to our celebration. Even after sorting it out, the front desk failed to offer any compensation for the inconvenience, leaving me feeling undervalued as a guest.

During my last trip to the colony, i stayed at homewood suites and it exceeded my expectations! The breakfast was delicious with great options, and my room was spacious and well-kept. Especially deborah, helped.

my stay at homewood suites was really enjoyable. the king studio suite was both comfortable and inviting. i especially loved the quiet a/c unit, which helped create a peaceful atmosphere. the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, including a late-night stop at velvet taco.
